What percentage of sales go directly to the animal rescue efforts?

We at iRescueRover work diligently to contribute where funds and volunteerism are needed the most at any given time. We currently do not lock ourselves into providing a certain percentage of funds or sales, as this could compromise the longevity of iRescueRover. Our contributions are not only financial but also include many other tangible donations of items, shirts, totes and contributions of our time and volunteer efforts.

What payment methods do you accept?

We appreciate your orders and accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Paypal. We hope to include American Express payments next year. Domestic check or money orders are accepted and preferred.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes indeed! We aim to reach the whole world! Smile. We ship priority mail to insure a safe and reliable delivery.

Attention International Buyers.

Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order might be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge noted here on the order. We will adjust the pricing for you.

Shipping/Returns

We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase and to tell all of your friends about our wonderful designs, products and customer service. We do accept returns of items that are unused and in original packaging within 30 days. Items must be returned via US Priority Mail (international priority boxes) or international priority mail. Please, however, make your selections carefully: For every item returned, the money and time required to process the return, could instead be spent on rescuing, feeding, healing and saving animals. We provide detailed content and sizing charts to help you make the right selections, and hope you will be so very satisfied that returning your item(s) will never even come to mind!
